Fresh Morels year Round!

***Thank you for sending the morels (just 3 days before Christmas) to my parents farm in Indiana. We were all there and we feasted on them for two meals, including our Christmas table. My own views about the quality of the shrooms, shared by my life-long hunter father of 73: they arrived packed well and in pretty good condition. The taste was very good…but we felt slightly different (more mild) from the wild ones we pick in Northeast Indiana (my mom and my 89-year-old-mushroom-hunter grandma could not taste any difference). All in all, it was just a bloody exciting event with all neighbors stopping by to deliver annual Christmas presents just SHOCKED to see them……my grandma just could not believe it at all and thought I was telling a tale until she saw them in the skillet.
