      I am so proud to finally be able to offer my newest book, a cookbook, entitled "The Mushroom Hunter's Guide to Gourmet Mushroom Cuisine" I have worked for months creating new and exciting mushroom dishes. With this book, I target Morel Mushrooms, but also include many other favorite edibles including Chicken of the Woods, Hen of the Woods, Lion's Mane, Shaggy Mane, Lobsters, Porcini, Chanterelles, Oysters, Matsutake, Candy Caps, and even Truffles, as well as several others.

     I teach you how to dry and freeze your extra mushroom finds. The recipes include Appetizers and Small Plates, Soups and Salads, Complete Entrees, and even Mushroom Desserts! It also has a few wild edible plant recipes. It also gives information on how to truffle-infuse butter, cheese and eggs.

     The book is nearly 200 pages, full color, and you not only get pictures of the finished dish, but you also get pictures and detailed descriptions and directions of each step of each dish. Even the most difficult dishes are easily successful with the way that I spelled out the directions, breaking each step into separate sections with photos.
