We had a good season, if not unusual, here in North Alabama.Lots of black morels, a few yellow/whites, and a large number of half-frees and a very unusual number of small grays very similar to what you would find around Boyne. Will be leaving within the week for North Central Idaho via Indiana. As I reported last year and, I suppose my comments were lost when your browser crashed, I found a good number of black morels in the area around Powell Idaho through about June 10. These were found at an elevation of around 3300 feet. Never found any at elevations higher than that. The first ones I found I raked out from under a picnic table in the Wendover campground. Until next year-Dick C
